This challenge is designed to help you build strength, fitness, and consistency—while actually enjoying your workouts.

Class sizes are strictly limited to 10 people, giving you personal coaching, added safety, and plenty of space to move without the stress of a crowded gym.

Schedule & Pricing:  $50 per week


✔ 3 sessions per week
🕣 8:30pm – Monday, Wednesday & Friday

To Join the Group Fitness Challenge:

  • Be based in Mount Isa

  • No gym membership required

  • Complete a Pre-Exercise Screening Form to ensure you’re safe to train

  • Be patient, consistent, and ready to enjoy the journey toward becoming your strongest, healthiest self
